Milyen feladatokat lát el az Előcsomagoló Oktató Operátor?

A gépkezelő operátori feladatokon túl:

• •Saját területén a szakmai specifikációjának megfelelő tréningek megtartása sztenderd munkautasítások szerint
• •Szakmai tréningek előkészítése, megtartása, kiértékelése és adminisztrációja
• •Sor üzemeltetéséhez szükséges tudás elmélyítése
• •Szerepvállalás a munkafolyamatok kidolgozásában, fejlesztésében
• •A munkaszabványok betartásának és betartatásának segítése
• •A munkakörhöz kapcsolódó adminisztratív feladatok ellátása

Ami a pozíció betöltéséhez szükséges:

• •Középfokú végzettség (előny: érettségi)
• •Minimum 3 hónapos gépkezelő operátori tapasztalat a Prepack területen
• •Jó kommunikációs és kapcsolatteremtő készség
• •Önálló munkavégzési képesség
• •Érdeklődés a tanítás, oktatás iránt
• •Szakmai fejlődési igény
• •Rugalmasság, tanulási hajlandóság
• •Jó problémamegoldó készség
• •Alap szintű számítástechnikai ismeretek (MS Outlook, Word és Excel használata)
• •Hajlandóság műszakos munkavégzésre
