Embroidery Operator (Willing to Train)

Job Summary

The Embroidery Operator is responsible for producing high-quality embroidered products, primarily hats, using industrial embroidery equipment. This role requires technical skill, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain and operate Tajima embroidery machines in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate Tajima embroidery machines to complete embroidery projects on a variety of materials, primarily hats.

Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure proper use of embroidery tools and supplies.

Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

Maintain an organized and clean work area to support efficiency and safety.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Physical Demands

Perform fast, repetitive movements with hands and arms.

Work safely with sharp tools, industrial machinery, and equipment that may emit steam.

Maintain close-range visual focus for precision work.

Tolerate a medium-noise environment and use required safety equipment.

Frequently lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs.

Regularly squat, kneel, bend, stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward.

Sit, stand, and walk for up to 8 hours per day.

Qualifications

• •Experience: 0-2 years of embroidery or other work experience.
• •Skills: Strong attention to detail; ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency in quality.
• •Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Schedule : The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am until 5:30 pm.
