Un employé polyvalent de restauration assure l'accueil des clients, la préparation des plats simples et l'entretien des espaces de vente selon les règles d'hygiène.

  • Missions principales :
  • Accueil et service : Accueillir les clients, prendre les commandes, conseiller à la carte ou au comptoir et effectuer l'encaissement. Préparation culinaire : Assembler des sandwichs, des salades, réchauffer des plats ou préparer des produits simples (snacking, boissons, desserts

Nettoyer : le poste de travail, la salle, le matériel et respecter scrupuleusement les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.

Logistique : Réceptionner les livraisons, ranger les stocks et réapprovisionner les comptoirs.

Capacité à passer rapidement de la cuisine à la caisse ou au service en salle.

Relation client : Sourire, bon contact et sens du service.

Organisation : Rigueur, rapidité et gestion du stress pendant les heures de forte affluence.
