Employee Benefits Manager

• This is a full-time remote opportunity focused on delivering clear, engaging, and valuable benefits experiences for employees.
• You’ll manage day-to-day administration across health, welfare, retirement, voluntary benefits, and wellness programs.
• The role combines benefits expertise with employee communications, technology, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• You’ll serve as a key resource for employees navigating benefits questions, life events, eligibility, and coverage decisions.
• You’ll also play a central role in annual Open Enrollment, from system configuration and testing through communications and employee education.
• Working closely with HR, payroll, HRIS, vendors, and benefits partners, you’ll help improve accuracy, efficiency, and employee engagement.
• This role is ideal for a benefits professional who can turn complex information into simple experiences while continuously looking for smarter ways to work.
