Job Summary



 To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Employee Services Officer (Male Hostel) located in Perai, Penang .

Responsible for managing employee accommodation operations. Ensuring a safe, clean, good standards & compliant living environment while addressing occupants' concerns.

What a typical day looks like:

• •Oversee employee accommodation strategy and operations.
• •Manage hostel capacity, occupancy, accommodation planning and records.
• •Ensure hostel compliance with legal regulations, safety requirements and company policies.
• •Lead hostel audits, inspections, prepare reports and drive corrective action implementation.
• •Monitor hostel cleanliness, safety, and maintenance conditions.
• •Manage employee check-in, check-out, and room allocation.
• •Handle employee accommodation inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• •Manage relationships and coordinate operational matters with hostel operators, landlords, and service providers.
• •Conduct awareness sessions on hostel rules, hygiene, safety, and community living.
• •Investigate and resolve employee’s accommodation issues and concerns (noise, misconduct, disputes, etc.).
• •Support onboarding and accommodation arrangements for new employees.
• •Coordinate emergency response and welfare matters related to accommodation.
• •Ensure employee welfare, safety, and living standards are maintained.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• •Typically requires a Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in a Human Resource related function.
• •Typically requires 3 years of Human Resources or related experience.
• •Capabilities in planning, coordination, presentation, influencing, managing vendors and stakeholders, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
