Engagement Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Engagement Manager based in India.

• This is a commercially driven leadership role focused on managing strategic client relationships and growing a portfolio of IT services engagements.
• You will combine account management, revenue expansion, commercial ownership, delivery governance, technical solutioning, and people leadership.
• The role requires close engagement with senior stakeholders, including VP and C-suite contacts, while ensuring strong client satisfaction and retention.
• You will identify and develop opportunities across upselling, cross-selling, renewals, team extensions, and new business within existing accounts.
• You will also oversee commercial performance, delivery health, project governance, profitability, and account-level risks.
• The position offers the opportunity to translate Cloud, DevOps, AI, and custom software capabilities into compelling business solutions.
