Engineering and Construction Supervisor

• The Engineering and Construction Supervisor leads field execution for new transmission facilities, modifications, and maintenance projects.
• You will oversee contractor teams ranging from approximately 20 to more than 100 personnel on projects valued at up to $20 million.
• The role combines onsite construction management, safety and quality oversight, scheduling, budget awareness, and stakeholder coordination.
• You will ensure contractors follow engineering specifications, drawings, operating procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• The position also provides opportunities to mentor construction engineering talent and influence constructability and project execution strategies.
• Success requires strong leadership, communication, adaptability, and the ability to resolve field issues before they affect safety, cost, quality, or schedule.
• The role may involve extended out-of-town assignments, shift work, overtime, and storm-related call-outs depending on project needs.
