Engineering Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Engineering Manager based in Italy.

• As an Engineering Manager, you will lead the day-to-day execution of a high-performing engineering team in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
• You will combine technical leadership with people management, staying close enough to the work to guide decisions and maintain engineering quality.
• Working closely with Product, Design, and senior engineering leadership, you will turn priorities into clear plans and reliable delivery.
• You will help the team identify risks early, remove bottlenecks, and balance speed with long-term technical stability.
• The role offers meaningful ownership over engineering execution while providing a clear path toward broader engineering leadership.
• You will also contribute to hiring, onboarding, team development, and the evolution of engineering practices as the organization scales.
