Engineering Manager, Corporate Integrations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Engineering Manager, Corporate Integrations based in United States.

• This role offers the opportunity to build a new Corporate Integrations engineering team from the ground up.
• You’ll recruit and develop a team of three engineers while establishing engineering practices, processes, and stakeholder relationships.
• The team will own integrations connecting critical corporate systems across areas such as finance, billing, and procurement.
• You’ll translate business processes into scalable integration designs, APIs, and reliable data flows that support other engineering teams.
• The role combines people leadership, technical direction, architecture, and hands-on contribution during the early stages of team formation.
• You’ll shape the team’s backlog and roadmap in close partnership with business stakeholders who bring deep knowledge of their operational processes.
• Working within a fully remote engineering organization, you’ll help mature development practices around cloud infrastructure, testing, delivery, security, and observability.
