Engineering Manager, Mobile (Boss Revolution: Calling App)

We are looking for an Engineering Manager, Mobile to lead the cross-functional team responsible for building and evolving the Boss Revolution: Calling App , the mobile application , which includes International Calling, Mobile Top-up, and Money Transfer services, supports IDT's mission of enabling people to keep in touch and share resources with family and friends worldwide.

As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for building a high-performing engineering organization while partnering closely with Product, Design, Operations, Compliance, Customer Success, and business stakeholders. You will ensure the team delivers secure, scalable, and reliable software that serves enterprise customers.

Requirements:

Proven Leadership Experience: At least 3 years of experience leading cross-functional , agile development teams, ideally in a product-driven environment.

Technical Background: Solid hands-on experience as a software engineer . Hands-on experience in mobile application development or experience managing mobile development teams is a must.

DevOps and Automation Skills: Familiarity with continuous integration, automated testing, release management, and performance monitoring.

Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to effectively prioritize, plan, and perform under pressure or in uncertain situations.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Talent Development: Experience in hiring and nurturing high-performing engineering teams.

Language Proficiency: Good command of English, at B2 level or higher.
