Engineering Manager - Payments Integrations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Engineering Manager - Payments Integrations based in Switzerland.

• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for connecting a global payments platform with PSPs, acquirers, and payment gateways worldwide.
• You will own the technical direction and delivery of critical payment integrations that support international expansion.
• The role combines people leadership with hands-on technical ownership across architecture, development, deployment, and production operations.
• You will help shape scalable, low-latency, highly available backend systems and integration frameworks used across multiple markets.
• Working closely with Product, Compliance, and Business teams, you will translate a fast-moving roadmap into reliable technical solutions.
• You will also champion AI-assisted engineering practices, embedding modern development and testing tools into the team's daily workflows.
