Engineering Manager - SRE & Platform

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Engineering Manager - SRE & Platform based in Netherlands.

• This role combines engineering leadership, platform ownership and hands-on reliability work within a fast-growing global SaaS environment.
• You will lead a team of 6–8 engineers while owning the infrastructure, security and developer tooling that enable teams to ship reliably.
• The position spans cloud and hybrid infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, incident management, security and developer experience.
• You will remain technically involved through architecture decisions, infrastructure code reviews and participation in 24/7 on-call operations.
• You will also shape how the engineering team works by establishing clear standards, self-service workflows and scalable delivery practices.
• Alongside technical ownership, you will hire, coach and develop engineers while creating an environment of autonomy and accountability.
• This is a fully remote opportunity for Europe-based candidates, with significant influence over platform strategy and engineering effectiveness.
