On our two-year Global Supply Chain Graduate Programme, you’ll apply your scientific, engineering or digital knowledge to real manufacturing challenges while developing through rotations, training and mentoring.

Kaizen Assignment: A short-term breadth assignment, which could include global-focused opportunities, to expand your skills and experience beyond your home site.

What will you do?

Engineering Excellence : Design, execute, and validate engineering projects while adhering to industry-leading standards and regulations.

Project Management: Manage the lifecycle of new equipment, from design to installation and commissioning, ensuring seamless integration into operations, working with suppliers.

Equipment Reliability: Enhance the performance, safety, and reliability of manufacturing equipment & utilities through predictive maintenance and lifecycle management.

Smart Manufacturing Innovation : Drive efficiency and innovation using AI and digital transformation technologies as part of our digital transformation journey.

Automation Expertise: Define and implement improvements, upgrade systems, and work with control systems and robotics technologies to optimize manufacturing operations.

Digital & Data Expertise: Use data-driven approaches & data visualization techniques to monitor processes, identify trends, and implement solutions to improve decision making & operational efficiencies.

Asset Management: Utilize techniques e.g. condition-based monitoring and predictive maintenance, for optimal equipment performance.

Problem-Solving: Develop analytical and advanced problem-solving skills (e.g., DMAIC/Six Sigma) to tackle complex challenges to improve processes and drive cross functional collaboration.

Sustainability Initiatives: Contribute to energy management and sustainability projects, supporting GSK’s Net Carbon Zero mission.
