Engineering Team Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Engineering Team Lead based in Canada.

• This is a fully remote technical leadership opportunity focused on building a scalable, AI-enabled data migration platform from the ground up.
• You’ll own the architecture across the complete migration lifecycle, from data extraction and transformation through orchestration and go-live.
• The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, requiring strong architectural judgment and a high standard for data quality.
• You’ll work closely with product leadership to turn complex migration challenges into focused, buildable platform capabilities.
• The team operates with autonomy, clear ownership, short delivery cycles, and disciplined technical tradeoffs.
• You’ll also explore practical applications of AI to improve migration assessment, mapping, validation, and engineering workflows.
• Your work will directly contribute to making customer migrations faster, more predictable, scalable, and trustworthy.
