Enrollment Professional 2

• This role supports accurate and compliant Medicare enrollment operations in a fully remote environment.
• You will process member applications, maintain enrollment records, and ensure timely transmission of data to the appropriate federal systems.
• The position combines customer support, data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving across multiple enrollment processes.
• You will collaborate with internal teams and external clients to implement new Medicare groups and provide ongoing enrollment support.
• A key part of the role is identifying discrepancies, investigating process or system issues, and coordinating timely resolutions.
