Enterprise Technology Solution Director

Job Purpose:

To own and develop divisional strategy for appropriate business area(s) to drive growth and profitability in line with corporate goals.

Responsibilities:

• •Total Profit and Loss ownership: understand, influence and achieve
• •Senior relationship management for all vendors & customers
• •Set strategic direction for the Business Unit(s) in conjunction with key European leadership
• •Input into Company strategy and direction
• •Directional input into purchasing, sales and pricing policy.
• •Recruitment, leadership, management and coaching of staff to achieve Business unit objectives
• •Contribution of new ideas for planning and execution at strategic and operational levels
• •Escalation point of contact for all vendors in the Business Unit
• •Development and management of the vendor business plans
• •Identify market growth opportunities and build plans to capitalise
• •Ownership of the annual operating plan (AOP) for business unit(s)
• •Drive share of wallet (market share) and market growth targets
• •Full ownership of divisional business plans
• •Development of key channel relationships
• •Internal key stakeholder engagement up to board level
• •Visibility and profile of the business unit internally and externally
