Entry-Level Recruiter

Description

FW Logistics is a family-owned, high-growth 3PL provider specializing in warehousing and trucking services. We are looking for an Entry-Level Recruiter to support hiring efforts on the logistics side of the business.

This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You’ll be responsible for keeping job postings active, reaching out to candidates, coordinating interviews, and helping move people from application to hire as quickly as possible.

What You’ll Be Doing

• •Post and maintain job ads on Indeed and other platforms
• •Proactively reach out to candidates through Indeed and other sourcing tools
• •Review resumes and screen candidates for logistics-related roles (warehouse, trucking, operations, etc.)
• •Schedule interviews with General Managers and hiring leaders
• •Follow up with candidates after interviews and keep communication moving
• •Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth start
• •Create and send offer letters to selected candidates
• •Track applicant activity and hiring progress in Paylocity (ATS)
• •Keep candidate pipelines organized and moving

Requirements

• •Strong communication skills (you’ll be talking to candidates all day)
• •Organized and able to manage multiple openings at once
• •Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
• •Willing to be proactive — not just wait for applicants, but go find them
• •Basic computer skills (Indeed, email, ATS systems like Paylocity)
• •Ability to follow through and close the loop with candidates

Experience / Background

• •Entry-level — no recruiting experience required
• •Background in customer service, admin, or logistics is a plus
• •Interest in recruiting, HR, or operations
