• What You'll Be Doing:
• •Apply your academic background to support environmental and sustainability initiatives across the Southwest Region’s Aggregate, Ready-mix, and Stabilized Sand operations.
• •Assist with environmental monitoring, sustainability reporting and planning, and reclamation projects.
• •Support environmental engineers and land managers in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• •Participate in site inspections, audits, and data collection related to air, water, and land resources.
• •Contribute to sustainability efforts, including habitat restoration and community engagement.
• •Learn about permitting processes, environmental reporting, and land stewardship practices.
• •Promote and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• What Are We Looking For:
• •Current juniors and seniors pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology, Natural Resources, or a related field.
• •Passion for environmental protection, sustainability, and responsible land use.
• •Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• •Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
• •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• •Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

• Work Environment:
• •Combination of office and field work.
• •Exposure to various weather conditions and industrial environments.
• •Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• •Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform manual tasks as needed.
