County Waste / Sierra Processing has an immediate opening for an Equipment Operator to work at our site in Albany, NY.

Pay Rate: $22 - $24 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 5:00pm

• •Operating heavy equipment such as: bulldozers, wheel loaders, motor grader, scraper, and compactors.
• •Performing routine inspection and maintenance on equipment.
• •Promoting continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
• •Interacting with customers and Waste Connections employees to determine safe and environmentally sound solutions to service issues.

What we need from you:

• •2+ years’ experience running equipment
• •Knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance.
• •Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
