Your Impact

As an Equipment Preparation Technician, you’ll be responsible for preparing, testing, calibrating, and ensuring our equipment meets the highest quality standards before reaching our customers.

What You’ll Do

• •Unpack and inspect incoming equipment and components
• •Perform quality control (QC) checks to meet company standards
• •Install and configure components based on order specifications
• •Test equipment to ensure full functionality before shipment
• •Safely and securely repackage equipment for delivery
• •Upgrade NCAT ovens with Ignition panels following set procedures
• •Conduct QC testing on upgraded ovens for safety and performance
• •Perform in-house calibration of customer equipment
• •Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, and calibrations
• •Identify and report defects or inconsistencies
• •Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
• •Support warehouse, production, or technical teams as needed

Requirements

• •Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment
• •Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• •Ability to follow technical instructions and documentation
• •Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• •Ability to read manuals, diagrams, and work instructions
• •Strong organization and time management skills
• •Basic computer skills for tracking and documentation
• •Effective communication skills
• •Ability to work both independently and on a team

Qualifications

• •High School Diploma or equivalent
• •Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• •Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
