We’re seeking a Project Manager – Erosion Control to join our team in Brentwood, CA. This role blends estimating, client development, and project management in a fast-paced construction environment, with a strong focus on producing accurate estimates and winning profitable work.

As the Project Manger you will manage projects from initial client engagement through estimating, pre-construction planning, and final handoff to operations.

Key Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

Develop scopes of work, site plans, and accurate cost estimates (primary focus)

Drive new business and maintain strong client relationships

Conduct site visits to evaluate project scope and conditions

Manage projects from estimating through execution and operational handoff

Lead client communication, meetings, and pre-construction planning

Collaborate with operations, scheduling, and accounting to ensure successful delivery

Support project scheduling, estimating, and execution as needed

Deliver strong customer service and support overall sales goals

Work in both office and active construction jobsite environments

What We’re Looking For

AA/AS degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, estimating, or project management.

Previous construction-related experience is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Strong estimating and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable working directly with clients and presenting information.

Strong organization, accountability, and deadline focus.

Customer service mindset with attention to detail.

Annual Expected Pay Range

$70,000 — $90,000 USD
