- 2. Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos, costos, productividad y calidad.
- 3. Proponer y ejecutar iniciativas de excelencia operacional.
- 4. Aplicar metodologías Lean y Six Sigma para resolución estructurada de problemas.
- 5. Incorporar herramientas de automatización e inteligencia artificial para reducir manualidad y mejorar eficiencia.
- 6. Gestionar y analizar datos para generar insights accionables.
- 7. Acompañar a las áreas en la implementación de mejoras.
- 8. Monitorear resultados y asegurar captura de beneficios.
- 9. Retar constructivamente a equipos operativos con base en datos.
- 10. Documentar procesos y estandarizar mejores prácticas.
