Buscamos un/a Especialista en customer experience y adquisición con:
Experiencia en manejo de llamadas y resolución de objeciones
Orientación a objetivos y enfoque en resultados
Excelente comunicación escrita y buena ortografía
Actitud proactiva para aportar soluciones e ideas que mejoren la operación diaria
Capacidad analítica y atención al detalle
Manejo de Excel / Google Sheets (deseable)
Habilidad para priorizar y gestionar múltiples tareas manteniendo la calidad
Autonomía y adaptabilidad en ambientes de constante cambio
