Principais Atividades

• •Apoiar a execução e o acompanhamento dos processos de importação e exportação junto a fornecedores, transportadoras e despachantes aduaneiros;
• •Auxiliar no controle e lançamento de despesas dos processos de comércio exterior no sistema Protheus;
• •Dar suporte à atualização e acompanhamento dos indicadores (KPIs) da área;
• •Realizar o acompanhamento de pagamentos relacionados às operações de importação e exportação;
• •Controlar o recebimento, conferência e organização da documentação dos processos de comércio exterior;
• •Atualizar informações e registros em sistemas internos;
• •Auxiliar nas rotinas administrativas relacionadas ao desembaraço aduaneiro;

Requisitos

• •Cursando Ensino Superior em Administração, Comércio Exterior, Relações Internacionais, Logística ou áreas correlatas;
• •Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office (principalmente Excel);
• •Inglês básico para leitura e interpretação de documentos e e-mails;
• •Boa organização, atenção aos detalhes e interesse em desenvolver conhecimentos na área de Comércio Exterior.

Horário de trabalho: das 09:00 às 15:00h – de segunda à sexta-feira.
