Interest in both research and implementation — from idea generation to production

Detail-oriented with a high level of ownership and accountability

Clear and effective communicator, able to collaborate across trading, research, and technology

Motivated to build in an early-stage environment where processes and systems are still evolving

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Economics, or Finance

Opportunity to be an early member of a new ETF trading desk with significant scope and ownership

Work at the intersection of trading, quantitative research, and technology
