Euronext Clearing - Client Services, intern

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Client Services Intern to join the Euronext Clearing Client Services team. The position will be based in Rome, and start in November. You will report to the Client Services Manager (Grilletto).

You will primarily be responsible for:

• •Supporting the Client Support team in the day-to-day management of operational cases and client requests
• •Assisting in monitoring incidents, collecting information and preparing analyses under the guidance of senior team members
• •Supporting the preparation of internal documentation, operational procedures and client communications
• •Contributing to testing activities for new functionalities and operational improvements
• •Participating in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing client service processes and operational efficiency
• •Learning about clearing operations, financial markets and Euronext Clearing services by working closely with the team

Your profile:

• •Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or a related field, or currently completing the final year of your studies
• •Strong interest in financial markets and post-trade services
• •Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• •Good organisational skills and willingness to learn
• •Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team
• •Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of PowerPoint is a plus
