What You'll Be Doing

• •Safely operate rail loadout equipment to load aggregate materials into railcars accurately and efficiently.
• •Conduct pre-shift inspections and monitor equipment performance to ensure reliable operations.
• •Coordinate railcar movement and loading activities with team members to meet production and shipping schedules.
• •Maintain accurate loadout records, reports, and inventory documentation.
• •Support housekeeping, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a safe and productive operation.

Physical Demands

• •Ability to frequently stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
• •Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• •Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces while following established safety procedures.
• •Ability to wear and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• •Ability to maintain situational awareness and safely perform duties during extended periods of physical activity.

Conditions of Employment

• •Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
• •Successful candidate must be authorized to work in the United States and comply with all company safety policies and procedures.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
