OUR COMPANY:
EOS IT Solutions is a Global Technology and Logistics company, providing Collaboration and Business IT Support services to some of the world’s largest industry leaders, delivering forward-thinking solutions based on multi-domain architecture. Customer satisfaction and commitment to superior quality of service are our top business priorities, along with investing in and supporting our partners and employees.
We are a true International IT provider and are proud to deliver our services through global simplicity with trusted transparency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Intake & Solutioning
Own end-to-end intake for partner hardware requests: scope the ask, clarify requirements, and design the technical and logistics solution for each deployment
Serve as the technology and product subject matter expert for the full Hardware Solutions catalog, translating technical standards and requirements into clear guidance for stakeholders. Supported technology includes, but is not limited to:
Mobile device management and endpoint enrollment/provisioning
Mixed reality and wearable devices
Assess feasibility, complexity, lead time, and cost trade-offs, and recommend the right solution rather than simply fulfilling the request as written
Project & Program Management
Manage multiple concurrent deployments of varying scale and complexity, from small-footprint hardware refreshes to large-scale, multi-site activations and executive-level events
Build and maintain the project plan covering milestones, dependencies, staffing, run-ofshow, and setup/breakdown schedules, and hold all workstreams to those dates
Manage resources within approved budget, scope, and timeline, escalating trade-offs early when any of the three is at risk
Drive asset and inventory readiness: forecasting, staging, imaging/configuration, kitting, shipping, chain of custody, returns, and reconciliation
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner across Hardware Solutions and adjacent teams including engineering, logistics, IT, networking, workplace, security, and event production to ensure request goals are met on time and to the highest quality standard
Provide consistent, clear, real-time communication to partners and stakeholders via chats, tasks, and email; maintain a single source of truth for status and decisions
Build and maintain vendor and supplier relationships to customer standards, holding third parties accountable to SLAs and quality expectations
Provide direction to technicians, coordinators, and vendor resources supporting your deployments without direct reporting authority
On-Site Execution
Act as the primary point of contact and escalation on-site for all deployed technology at deployments, activations, and events
Lead technical setup, testing and dry runs, show support, and breakdown; align schedules across all teams involved
Perform basic network troubleshooting alongside hardware and platform troubleshooting under live-event time pressure, escalating to network engineering for issues beyond first-line resolution
Risk, Quality & Continuous Improvement
Own risk management across the deployment lifecycle: identify technical and logistical risk, document mitigations and contingency plans, and communicate residual risk to stakeholders
Consistently deliver high quality, high impact services to our partners
Conduct post-deployment analysis and reporting, including event summaries and retrospectives shared to internal Workplace groups
Adhere to and improve SOPs; contribute to operational excellence programs, documentation, tooling, and playbooks that raise the baseline of the service, not just your own projects
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
5+ years of experience managing technical deployments, IT/hardware field operations, or large-scale event technology in the technology industry
Demonstrated ownership of concurrent projects end-to-end, including budget, scope, schedule, and stakeholder communication
Experience serving as the primary on-site technical escalation point for high-visibility or executive-level deployments
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve problems with both software and hardware
Basic knowledge of enterprise networking deployment and protocols
Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, organization skills, and an ability to lead meetings
Highly motivated and able to work both independently and cross-functionally with partners and leading support teams on-site at events
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding setting while adapting to rapidly evolving processes and procedures
Project management skills demonstrating the ability to manage multiple concurrent events
Proficiency with industry standard collaborative productivity software; G-Suite, LucidChart, MS Office; experience with Asana and inventory management software is a plus
Ability to quickly become a subject matter expert for new technology
Ability to travel if required (domestically and internationally) - approximately 40% of time
DESIRABLE CRITERIA:
Experience with mixed reality and wearables a plus
PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certifications a plus
