Events Program Manager- Freelance

• This role is the central link between clients, warehouse operations, and event production teams, ensuring programs move smoothly from planning through delivery.
• You’ll own client relationships, manage logistics, translate changing requirements into clear execution plans, and keep complex programs on schedule.
• The role is highly hands-on, with significant involvement in event kit preparation, packing, asset management, and quality control.
• You’ll work across fast-moving event environments where priorities can shift quickly and last-minute changes are part of the job.
• Your experience in event production will help you anticipate on-site challenges, protect timelines, and ensure every kit arrives complete and ready for use.
• You’ll also contribute to improving operational systems and creating repeatable processes as the programs and client portfolio grow.
• This is a fully remote contract opportunity with frequent travel to a warehouse facility in Charlotte, North Carolina, and occasional travel to client or vendor locations.
