Job Summary:
Working under minimal direction, this position is accountable for advanced administrative support for one or more senior executives. Regularly relieves executive(s) of administrative details. Collects and analyzes complex data and information with ability to compile effectively into concise and well organized presentation of results. Exercises considerable discretion and independent judgment in discharging responsibilities; exercises latitude in planning, organizing and scheduling work. Coordinates meetings, produces final documents/reports and presentations. Manages small projects. Answers telephone, schedules appointments for supervisor(s); makes travel arrangements, greets visitors. Must possess strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organization and external customer base. Must have detailed knowledge of organizational operations, procedures and staff. May serve as a lead to other administrative assistant staff on a project basis.

Education
High School Diploma/G.E.D. (required)
Work Experience
Minimum four (4) years experience which includes administrative support and data collection and compilation. (required)
Job Details
This position will support the Chief Physician Executive as well as the Chief Nursing Officer.
