This is a varied and rewarding position where you'll be at the centre of a busy and influential team. You'll provide executive support to the General Manager Policy & Communications while also delivering administrative coordination across the wider team.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing complex diaries, meetings and travel arrangements
Coordinating internal and external meetings, workshops, stakeholder events and farm visits
Preparing agendas, papers, minutes and presentation materials
Supporting board reporting and documentation processes
Providing financial administration, invoice processing and expense management
Maintaining stakeholder information and supporting team communications
Contributing to team projects and working collaboratively with the wider B+LNZ administration team.
About you
You'll be an experienced Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant who enjoys building trusted relationships and anticipating what needs to happen before being asked. You'll bring:
Previous experience supporting senior leaders in a professional environment
Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Strong judgement, initiative and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word and PowerPoint
Financial administration experience, including invoice processing and reconciliations
A customer-focused mindset and a collaborative approach
The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
This role is based in our Wellington office.
