This role

As Executive Assistant to the General Counsel, you will serve as a senior-level, strategic administrative partner within the corporate legal and governance team. You will provide high-level support to the General Counsel and senior legal leaders while helping coordinate executive priorities, board-related activities, legal team meetings, travel, correspondence, and confidential materials. This role requires exceptional business acumen, executive presence, speed, discretion, and sound judgment. You will work across teams to optimize the General Counsel's effectiveness and act as a trusted liaison with internal stakeholders, external partners, and members of the Board of Directors.
