This executive leadership role oversees a global project management organization responsible for Real-World Evidence (RWE) and Phase IV study delivery. You will be accountable for operational performance, financial results, quality outcomes, and client satisfaction across a complex portfolio. The position combines P&L ownership, strategic resourcing, portfolio management, business growth, and organizational leadership. You will work closely with senior leaders across clinical operations, commercial, finance, quality, and other functions to drive enterprise objectives. A major focus will be building scalable delivery models, strengthening project management capabilities, and developing future leaders.
