Overview:

Assist the Head of Front Office Management to support the BCB Loan Application System through process reengineering, collating business requests within Business and Corporate Banking Division, addressing user queries, managing incidents, and troubleshooting issues alongside stakeholders, vendors, and ITSME.

Responsibilities:

• •System Support - serve as the initial point of contact for business users encountering issues with loan applications, providing prompt and effective assistance.
• •Manage incident lifecycle including efficiently log, track, and resolve user-reported incidents, escalating complex issues to technical teams / vendors / internal stakeholders (BCB/WCD/WCO) while maintaining clear communication
• •Articulate the issues clearly to ITSME support team / vendor / business users / stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding and quick resolution. Conduct system investigate and diagnose issues to identify underlying causes, and propose viable solutions to minimize disruption & meeting the turnaround time.
• •Contributed to comprehensive business transformation by collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to design future-state processes, leading scenario-based testing for system enhancements, and supporting seamless implementation through training, communication, and post-rollout assistance.
• •Managed support documentation and reporting by maintaining detailed incident records and performance reports, updating Loan Origination SOPs and quick reference guides, and expanding the knowledge base with FAQs, video guides, and release updates.

Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:

• •Bachelor's Degree in Business Information System or any equivalent.
• •Minimum 1+ years of experience in project management or project enhancement roles
• •Knowledge of AS400 Retail Banking System and Credit Application System will be an added advantage
• •Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English language.
