Executivo de Contas SR (Canal Indireto Farma) - São Paulo/SP

O objetivo desta posição é atuar como responsável estratégico pela gestão de sell out no Canal Indireto Farma, desenvolvendo estratégias para acelerar a demanda, ampliar a participação de mercado das marcas Haleon e fortalecer a parceria com distribuidores. Buscamos um profissional com perfil analítico, visão estratégica e mentalidade de consumo, capaz de transformar dados em ações que gerem crescimento sustentável para o negócio.

Principais responsabilidades:

Gerenciar a estratégia de sell out no Canal Indireto Farma, impulsionando o crescimento das vendas e a participação de mercado das marcas Haleon;

Desenvolver e implementar planos de negócio junto aos distribuidores, garantindo a execução das estratégias comerciais;

Analisar indicadores de performance e tendências de mercado, transformando dados em oportunidades de crescimento;

Conduzir reuniões de alinhamento e acompanhar a performance das equipes comerciais dos distribuidores;

Atuar em parceria com Trade Marketing, Marketing e BI para implementar ações que acelerem a demanda e fortaleçam a execução no canal;

Garantir o cumprimento das políticas, processos e código de conduta da Haleon.

Por que VOCÊ?

Suas qualificações:

Ensino Superior completo;

Experiência sólida em Canal Indireto, preferencialmente no segmento Farma/OTC;

Forte perfil analítico e experiência com ferramentas de mercado (Power BI, IQVIA, Nielsen ou similares);

Vivência em gestão de distribuidores, desenvolvimento de canais e estratégias de sell out.
