Experienced Business Unit Integrator

The Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) AH-64E Apache program has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Business Unit Integrator on the Program Finance team located in Mesa, AZ .

In this role, the successful candidate will own Apache production programs and provide strategic guidance within the finance portfolio. You will support all aspects of finance including but not limited to: comprehensive Estimates at Completion (EACs) analysis, troubleshooting complex problems, coach and develop other teammates, develop and recommend process, tool and program financial improvements, monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) maintenance, addressing internal and external compliance questions and priorities of the program and leadership.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Initiates assignments and leads integration and analysis of resource forecasts and/or EACs for control accounts, budgets, functions or pools
  • Executes variance analyses and performance reporting, providing insights of operational and financial performance to senior management
  • Makes recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience
  • Develops, reviews, analyzes and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value, and variance analyses and communicates cost and/or schedule trends
  • Supports subject matter expertise to troubleshoot process and tool issues, determine root cause and recommend solutions

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a related finance position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, or Financial Planning
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft office suite

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with EVM applying DFARS requirements
  • Experience utilizing integrated master tools (i.e. CSPR Cost, Schedule, and Reporting)
