Experienced Engineering Recruiter

On-site 4 days a week, 1 day remote each week

Looking for two strong engineering recruiters. Open to both the experienced engineering recruiter level or senior engineering recruiter level

Responsibilities:

Proactively builds solid and long-term candidate relationships and networks for current and future talent needs, by interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Dice, and Greenhouse)

Crafting and sending recruiting emails.

Execute sourcing searches (cold calling, networking, identifying applicant associations/pools/professional groups and affiliations, websites, Boolean searches, targeted companies/individuals etc.), managing candidate experience through the sourcing process.

Screen candidates to determine availability, interest level, business unit needs, and qualifications

Establish and maintain accurate and well documented pipelines of searches, recruiting activity, contact data, etc.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

To qualify for the Experienced Engineering Recruiter min. 1 full year experience

To qualify for the Senior Engineering Recruiter min. 3 yrs experience

Very good interpersonal and communication skills to use in a multicultural context

Autonomous and rigorous person with high technical knowledge

Microsoft Office experience

Experience with Greenhouse ATS/CRM, preferred
