Position Summary

An equipment technician in Test Technology will be involved in all aspects of test. They may need to do probe card changes on the probers, probe card repair, preventive maintenance, and part repair/replacement. The technician will also need to have strong computer skills to check data trends and handle various pieces of software for fab operations. The technician will work on probers, testers, and probe cards. They will be expected to maintain a high level of safety awareness and strong quality mindset. They will be expected to be able to lift 50 lbs. We are looking for individuals that want to learn and be challenged.

Role and Responsibilities

Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on test equipment and probe cards.
• •Use data analysis to qualify tool operation before returning to production.
• •Create and maintain tool recipes.
• •Work with vendors and engineers to ensure equipment is performing optimally.
• •Monitor product inventory and queue time.
• •Be directly involved in 5S activities including spare part management.
• •Document needed improvements in current practices.

Skills and Qualifications

Here's what you'll need:

• •Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
• •Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• •Experience on TEL, Keysight, Teradyne, and various probe card types.
• •Associates degree preferred.
• •Military training or similar technical training will be considered.
• •Work experience in same role will be considered.

The current base salary range for this role is between $26.00 - $33.00/hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
