About You

This position primarily works in the residential change out market and performs installation, modification, and overhaul, of air conditioning systems, furnaces, and related accessories.

• •You will take accountability and have ownership to lead a high performing installation team
• •Maintaining and/or repairing HVAC Systems in addition to installing is a plus!
• •Customer-focused mindset; active listening, have attention to detail, and find solutions to best meet customer's needs
• •Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• •Planning, organizing, problem analysis, and great judgement
• •Team focused on achieving common goals
• •Ability to continue to learn skills of the trade and keep current on industry trends
• •Commitment to delivering exceptional service for the company and our customers

We’re Looking For

• •Leads: Experienced Professional – 5+ years of HVAC installation experience with Journeyman
• •Leader Mindset – Ability to guide, motivate, and develop others

• •Candidate will work out of our Fort Wayne, IN office

Requirements

• •EPA Certification (required to be eligible for bonus), preferred. Masters will pay for you to obtain one if you do not have one!
• •High School Diploma or GED
• •Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
