Experienced Recruitment Consultant
We’re growing our high-performing team at Amoria Bond and are looking to speak with driven, ambitious individuals with 12+ months recruitment experience who are ready to take the next step in their career.
This opportunity sits within our Advanced Engineering and Renewable Energy teams , working across the UK, European, and US markets giving you real scope to build a global desk and significantly increase your earnings.

What will you be doing?
This is a full 360 recruitment role where you will:
Build your own client base through business development and relationship building
Win and manage client projects across your chosen market
Headhunt and place high-quality candidates into specialist roles
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from qualification through to offer
Develop your personal brand through job adverts, networking, and social media
Meet clients face-to-face, with opportunities to travel internationally (USA, Europe, and beyond)

What are we looking for?
12+ months recruitment experience (360 or 180)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
