Expert Team Lead, Medicine

As an Expert Team Lead, Medicine, you will lead a team responsible for producing high-quality training data and evaluations that support advanced AI systems. You will combine hands-on medical expertise with people leadership, quality assurance, and operational excellence. The role involves personally reviewing domain-specific work while setting clear standards for accuracy, consistency, and guideline adherence. You will coach and develop AI Tutors, manage performance, and build a high-accountability team culture. Working closely with Human Data and Engineering teams, you will translate model requirements into effective data and labeling strategies. You will also use operational metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and scale high-quality human data operations.
