Description : ACT1 Federal is looking for an individual to provide sustainment supply chain expertise to support the F-35 Joint Program Office’s (JPO) Introduction to Service processes.

Responsibilities:

Evaluating and report on Sustainment Supply site preparedness to support F-35 First Aircraft Arrival (FAA) and Initial Operating Capability (IOC) requirements at current and future F-35 sites

Integrating JPO, contractor and warfighter Sustainment Supply site activation planning and execution.

Identifying country unique Global Asset Management (GAM) requirements

Providing recommended Ground Rules and Assumptions (GR&A) inputs to Sustainment Supply Site Activation Task Forces (SATAFs), Sustainment Readiness Reviews (SRRs} and Initial Operating Capability Supportability Reviews (IOCSRs)

Identifying country unique requirements, assess impacts to JPO “best value” solutions and ensure capture in program planning documents.

Participating in supply related facility design reviews to ensure plans meet Facility Requirements Document (FRD} requirements

Identifying SCM dependencies and assist in developing actionable plans and corrective action plans

Participating in various program and warfighter level meetings to discuss SCM concerns and assist in risk-mitigation development and strategies

Requirements:

BA/BS degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields

SECRET Clearance

Six (6) years’ experience in supply chain planning, sustainment process execution, and lifecycle management for defense or weapon systems

Knowledge of digital collaboration tools, data analysis, and process improvement techniques that support sustainment operations

Ability to communicate technical insights and recommendations effectively across diverse teams

Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to execute integrated sustainment strategies

Ability to Travel - estimated 10 – 15%

Familiar with Microsoft Office Program Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Project)
