  • Anwendungen und Gewährleistung eines störungsfreien IT-Betriebs
  • Hilfe bei Hard- und Softwareangelegenheiten Mitwirkung in der
  • Unterstützung von IT-Projekten Betreuung und Unterstützung der
  • Anwender im Rahmen des Erstkontakts (1st Level) Pflege und
  • Unterstützung von Microsoft-Server- und Client-Systemen in einer
  • virtualisierten (VMware) Umgebung Erfassung von dezentralen
  • IT-Systemen in den verschiedenen Fachbereichen Erstellung und
  • Aktualisierung von IT-bezogenen Dokumentationen, sowohl für Hardware
  • als auch für Software Profil Abgeschlossene Qualifikation mit Fokus
  • auf Informationstechnologie (z.B., Fachinformatiker für
  • Systemintegration) oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation Präzise und
  • methodische Arbeitsweise Vertrautheit mit Active Directory (AD) und
  • Azure (MS AZ) Relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT Erfahrung im
  • Umgang mit Windows-Server und Hardware-Umgebung Perspektiven
