Facilities Administrator II
Job Description:
The Role:
Provide administrative and project coordination support for Facilities-related projects, including CAPEX management, SAP coordination, procurement/payment processes, government liaison, document control, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
In this role you will:
Manage CAPEX budgets, AOP tracking, and project cost administration.
Coordinate SAP-related activities, including PR/PO/GR processing and project progress tracking.
Support project documentation, reporting, SOW, MOC, and CEA administration.
Process vendor invoices, contractor payments, and employee reimbursements.
Manage government correspondence, Science Park affairs, and external stakeholder communications.
Maintain department records, SharePoint documents, and administrative systems.
Coordinate cross-functional activities, meetings, workshops, and action item follow-up.
Support ESG initiatives and other special projects as assigned.
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
3+ years of experience in project administration, CAPEX control, or project coordination.
Familiar with SAP, procurement, payment processes, and cost tracking.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word; MS Project is a plus).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
Strong English communication skills.
