Role: Facilities Coordinator

Location: Blackpool, FY4 4NW

Hours: 37 hours per week | between 07:00 - 15:30 Monday to Friday

Salary: Between £38,000 - £40,000 pa DOE

Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about keeping facilities and site services running efficiently? We're looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day operation of site facilities, maintenance activities, and compliance processes.

What You'll Be Doing

Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance activities.

Managing contractors and external service providers.

Supporting the upkeep of buildings, equipment, and site services.

Monitoring maintenance schedules, records, and compliance activities.

Assisting with facilities-related budgets, purchasing, and reporting.

Supporting site improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Helping to maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment.

What We're Looking For

Experience in facilities, maintenance, engineering, or operational support.

Strong planning and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Experience coordinating maintenance activities, projects, or contractors.

Knowledge of health and safety requirements and compliance standards.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to changing needs.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a commitment to high standards.
