Job Description

Operate building facilities through preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural systems, guaranteeing safe, efficient, and functional conditions for all users.

Your Responsibilities:

• •Perform electrical, pneumatic, and network installations, including Conduit piping and overhead connections.
• •Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, sanitary, and electrical control systems.
• •Accomplish masonry work, ceramic coatings, painting, waterproofing, and structural maintenance (walls, ceilings, floors).
• •Install and maintain aluminum windows and doors, metalwork, and solar heaters.
• •Perform work at heights, including cutting and welding.
• •Use digital tools and maintenance management software for task tracking and reporting.
• •Comply with workplace safety and hygiene standards.

The Essentials – You will Have

• •Education: High School Diploma, Technical Degree, or equivalent education. We prefer candidates with studies in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electricity, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• •Experience: Minimum of 3 years in general building maintenance, civil works, or institutional facilities.
• •Use computers and maintenance management software.
• •Electrical installations in AC and DC.
• •Hydraulic, pneumatic, and network systems.
• •Intermediate English level (desirable).
• •Experienced in using digital tools for project planning and execution.
• •Knowledge of applicable standards in electrical, construction, and communication installations.

The Preferred – You Might Also Have:

• •Fundamentals of mechanical and electromechanical systems.
• •Structural maintenance (masonry, painting, waterproofing).
• •Metalwork and aluminum installations.
• •Interpret technical information and blueprints.
• •Proficient in electrical installations using Conduit piping and overhead connections.
• •Knowledge of hydraulic, sanitary, and plumbing systems.
• •Experience in painting, waterproofing, and ceramic coatings.
• •Installation of aluminum windows and doors, and metalwork.
