Facility Executive - Technical

To ensure overall maintenance and management of the site including infrastructure, common assets and services including equipment’s like HVAC system, , BMS, HT and LT panels, switchyard, transformer, UPS, pumping system, WTP, STP, fire alarms, firesystems,distribution of power, water quality, control of circuits, digital application, civil, plumbing etc

About the Role:

• •To provide a comprehensive property management service and ensure that all amenities are maintained as per standard
• •To lead a team of technical support staff
• •To review and modify processes and procedures as and when required.
• •To attend and control any incidents at premise immediately and submit incident report to reporting manager / client within defined TAT
• •To ensure all client complaints / queries are addressed and resolved within the TAT.
• •Track all works related to Masonry, Carpentry, Plumber, sanitary, Welding & Painting and technical works

About You:

• •Need to be Diploma / B Tech – Electrical with a minimum of 06 years of experience in same profile
• •Good communication in Hindi , and English
• •High standard of grooming
• •Works in shifts
