Provide maintenance, repairs, and support to facility equipment and building systems. Responsible for routinely completing and responding to work orders, trouble calls, and emergency maintenance calls.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• •Complete and respond to all assigned work orders, trouble calls, and emergency maintenance calls.
• •Maintain accurate record of all operating logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC equipment, and other facility systems that are tested on a routine basis.
• •Perform repairs and facility support tasks. Tasks include, but are not limited to, light bulb/ballast replacement, door repairs, furniture installation, ceiling tile replacement, and maintaining operation logs.
• •Perform carpentry duties such as painting, caulking, installing drywall, and installing shelving.
• •Perform plumbing repairs such as unclogging drains, installing fixtures, and replacing internal components.
• •Perform other duties as assigned or as necessity dictates.

Required Experience:

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Work Experience

• •At least 1 year of general building maintenance experience.
• •Experience applying knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire systems.
• •Willing to work weekends or other overtime hours as business needs dictate.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$18.50 - $26.75 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions, paid time off, as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
