Factoring Program & Cash Manager

As a Factoring Program & Cash Manager , you will play a pivotal role in optimizing Arxada’s global liquidity and working capital strategy. Acting as the subject matter expert for receivables financing solutions, you will lead the coordination, governance, and continuous improvement of global factoring and supply chain finance programs. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with international stakeholders across Treasury, Finance, Credit, Accounting, IT, and external financial partners while driving innovation through automation and AI-enabled solutions. Your expertise will help ensure operational excellence, funding efficiency, and sustainable business growth across our global organization.

Essential Job Functions

• •Lead the day-to-day management of Arxada’s global receivables financing and factoring programs, ensuring efficient execution and governance.
• •Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure funding is received accurately and on time while maintaining best-in-class operational controls.
• •Act as the global subject matter expert for factoring and receivables financing solutions, providing guidance and support across the organization.
• •Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and AI-enabled enhancements.
• •Develop reporting and analytics that provide insights into program performance and liquidity generation.
• •Support strategic cash management initiatives, including cash pooling projects, payment process improvements, and bank account management activities.
• •Collaborate across a highly international network of colleagues, service providers, and financing partners to deliver business value and operational excellence

Qualifications & Experience

• •Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• •5-10 years' experience in factoring, receivables financing, treasury operations, or related financial processes.
• •Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles with the ability to work effectively across functions and geographies.
• •Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
• •Experience driving process improvements, systems implementations, or finance technology initiatives.
• •Comfortable working with reporting, analytics, automation tools, and emerging AI solutions.
• •Business fluent English required; German and/or Spanish language skills are advantageous.
