What You Can Expect :

Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Planowanie i organizacja transportów morskich (FCL import)
  • Kompleksowa realizacja zleceń spedycyjnych
  • Wprowadzanie i aktualizacja danych w systemie
  • Przygotowywanie i weryfikacja dokumentacji transportowej, w tym przygotowywanie dokumentacji do zleceń celnych
  • Monitorowanie realizacji zleceń i dbanie o terminowość dostaw
  • Kontakt z klientami oraz doradztwo transportowe
  • Współpraca z armatorami, przewoźnikami i terminalami
  • Współpraca z innymi działami firmy
  • Wsparcie w fakturowaniu i rozliczeniach z podwykonawcami
  • Wsparcie działań windykacyjnych i opieka nad klientami
  • Rozwiązywanie bieżących problemów operacyjnych

What You Bring:

Nasze wymagania

  • Wykształcenie min. średnie (mile widziane kierunki: logistyka, transport, handel międzynarodowy)
  • Min. 2 lata doświadczenia w spedycji (mile widziane w transporcie morskim FCL)
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego umożliwiająca swobodną komunikację
  • Znajomość rynku transportowo-spedycyjnego
  • Umiejętność obsługi MS Office i systemów spedycyjnych
  • Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia i rozwiązywania problemów
  • Dobra organizacja pracy i systematyczność
  • Umiejętność pracy zespołowej
  • Samodzielność i proaktywne podejście
